Sustainability strategy and budget

By reporting on our sustainability performance on a yearly basis, we can monitor the internal and external effects of our activities and steer their progress by defining strategies and implementing structured policies accordingly.

From the stakeholder letter

For many years, at Scilm we have been making careful choices concerning our environmental impact, the well-being of our employees and the society in which we work. We are aware, however, that we can do more and better. We are therefore now formally committed to sharing our results and targets in the most transparent way possible, trying to improve year by year.
